Another of Brass’ summer signings. The skilful striker transferred to York in July after a loan spell at Boston United where he made three appearances. After turning professional in 1997, Liam has become an U21 international for the Republic of Ireland.
Although he hasn’t appeared on the score sheet much in his career (averaging a goal every 5 games), the coaching staff along with the York City faithful strongly believe in his abilities. He has shown huge amounts of skill and control and has proved to be quick, strong and fit. He seems to have the potential to be an excellent buy for Chris Brass.
