We are getting a striker in on trial who was released by Manchester City at the end of last season.

His name is Gary Browne. Don't know how good he is, but I reckon that he might do the business for us, considering the fact that he is an international, but only time will tell.

There was also talk of signing that striker that got injured whilst scoring in the 1-1 reserve match with Lincoln. Forgotten his name though, but he didn't look bad. Brassy does seem a little too keen on signing a striker though. We already have George, Parkin, Wilford and Nogan. with players like Yalcin and Stewart to come through the ranks

Bit harsh Rolf lover. he only keeps using the same phrases over and over. Anyway he could be the 20 goal+ striker we need

The YEP are always right, so if he's not in there then the story must be false. We aren't signing him if the YEP hasn't reported it

He is from Luton. I think this also means that we will not be following up our interest in Browne, but I may be wrong.

No sadly not, i think it's Russle Crowe, so the women at BC can have a better time as they seem to be unhappy with the current talent

Yes it was Dean Crowe. He has joined us on a months loan from Luton. He made his debut in the last 30 minutes of the game yesterday. From what I know there is no story, unless it was in Saturdays paper, cos I have not read it yet. He only signed for us on Friday night.
