Sorry Frank, I've already booked a flight assuming we wouldn't be running a trip to Weymouth.

The weekend price is based on travelling on the Saturday and coming back Sunday.
There's been a fair bit of interest in a weekend trip so far. We'll see how it goes and make s definite decision as soon as possible so people aren't left hanging about wondering whether we're running and whether it'll be a day trip or a weekend one. |

It would be good to have a night out in Weymouth on my birthday weekend . I'll have to start negotiating with the wife .
Is Weymouth a decent place for a few beers on a Saturday night? It's 8 years since I visited and I can't remember much about the place.

No firm decision as yet - sorry - but support for this season's trips has been less than encouraging so far, so we'd need some very firm bookings to be able even to think about it.
Edit: I've been told of the possibility of a block booking for eleven people, which makes the trip decidedly more likely. The YMM committee will have a quick huddle on wednesday and hopefully make a firm decision one way or the other. |

We will try and run this a weekend trip, but we must have firm bookings backed up with a deposit by Thursday 9th November.
If there aren't enough bookings by that date, we'll call it off to allow people time to make other arrangements for travel and accommodation, etc.
Weymouth 18 November: Weekend trip – accommodation not included - leave on Saturday morning at 6.00am, return Sunday. We'll be happy to pick people up en route - pm me for details.
Edit: the departure time will probably have to be 6.00am rather than 7.00 because of the possible R&B match v Weymouth fans.
25 travelling = £44
30 travelling = £37
35 travelling = £31
40 travelling = £28
45 travelling = £24
Full coach = £22
These are members prices, non-members will pay £5 extra.
Book by pm-ing me or emailing
£10 deposit secures your place - please send to YMM, c/o 9 Waverley Street, York YO31 7QZ by November 9th. Cheques payable to York Minstermen. Alternatively hand payment to any YMM committee member at matches or any of our events.

Not enough people have booked to make the trip viable.
I'll return deposits to those who booked asap. |
