Any ideas which of the early games the YMM are planning to take coaches to?
I would have thought Stevenage on Tuesday 15th Aug would be popular because the train will be no use.

You'll be lucky to get a train back to York from Stevenage at 10pm on a Tuesday night.
On this topic, Rushden is another one where I think a coach might be a good idea because the train is a bit of a ballache.

That sounds the ideal trip for me then! Once in York, I can get the 04.20 426 National Express bus to Boro station, then the 65 to Guisborough, 'n be home for about 6am!

Hav`nt had chance to look yet but you might be able to get a train Stevenage-Peterborough then Peterborough-York.

The last train from Stevenage to York is around 21.20
The one from Kings Cross at 22.00 won't stop until Peterborough where it'll be around 22.40 - it'll take too long to get from Stevenage to Peterborough on a local train to catch it there I think |

Any news on coaches? Wouldn't mind going to Stevenage and/or Gravesend if one were to run. Cheers!

I've posted brief details of three possible trips - Stevenage, Rushden, and Weymouth - in separate threads. As ever, comments and suggestions are welcome. |
