To the tune of Champion The Wonder Horse*:-
Clayton Donaldson!
Clayton Donaldson!.....
Like a streak of lightning flashing across the sky...
Like the swiftest arrow whizzing from a bow,
Like a mighty cannonball he seems to fly,
You’ll hear about him everywhere you go,
The time will come when everyone will know the name of.....
Clayton Donaldson!!
Clayton Donaldson!!
Now who's going to put it into practice? 'Cos it works!
*Champion The Wonder Horse was a kids TV prog broadcast in the UK in the 1970's on Saturday mornings (yeah, yeah, yeah - I'm an old b'st*d!). Download/Open the soundbite of the theme tune here and see what you think....

There was plenty of "Clayton Donaldson, tra-la-la-la-la" going on at Dagenham late on!

In the Lands of the North, where the black rocks stand guard against the cold sea, in the dark night that is very long, the men of the Northlands sit by their great log fires and they tell a tale...

Benji, would you like to post your version of the Donaldson song?
Can't remember how it went.
