A few cans & plenty of banter with the lads will soon pass the time.

No it's the Scarborough to Blackpool train that takes absolutely ages. I had the misfortune of travelling on it and changing at Preston when I was at university.
I would rather drive the f**king coach* than go on that thing again.
* I can't drive so that would be certain death for the passengers and myself....

The York Minstermen coach is already over half full, so get your skates on if you want to book a seat.
The price has fallen to £13 (non-members £16), with a further drops to come as the coach fills up.

Duly booked.
Could do with a few more bookings to get the price right down, so we've all got more money to spare for extra ale when we get to Accy.

Okay - I know I am getting ahead of myself, but first bus is filled for Accrington away
Local Football team Acomb Celtic have filled a 17 seater minibus ready for the jaunt over the pennines.
Come on lads challenge to all the minstermen branches - we throw the gauntlet down for each of you to get a minibus for this one - it could be one hell of a day out. Meet up somewhere have a pint and roll into town for the 3 points.
I know this is a tall order - but we should all enjoy our new found form, and it would be great to have a game we can all put in the memory bank for years to come, and this one is only 80 miles away so lets have a go at pulling some serious support for the lads with plenty of colour and noise. |
Cannot come quick enough now - should be a top day out
