So what does everyone think the out come will be! What will the score be.etc

What are your expectations as well.

I expect us to beat Forest Green, - i mean they got relegated last season so we should be beating them, im predicting 2-0 to York

I excpect a win but it depends if we take full advantage of the situation we are in. I would have thought that now we are 4th that would fire us up for an all out onslaught.

Does anyone know what Forest Green's ground is like. Looked on Confguide.com and the away stand looks awful.

It'll be my third away game. My previous two were Scarbrough and Halifax this season so could it be third time lucky? or will the curse of me strike again?

I have seen City play away at Bristol Rovers, Carlisle, Tamworth and Halifax. We lost them all, and didn't score in any of them. Great.

First of all, Forest Green Rovers didn't get relegated last season, as we're playing them on saturday in he Conference......although I suppose Liverpool beat Chelsea 0-0 on aggregate to get through to the Champions League final.

I think FGR are a better team than last season, and they have a good defence, which is the sign of a good team. However, we also have the second-best defence in the Conference, so I think it will be quite a low-scoring game, either 0-0 or 1-0.

I'm anticipating a nice 1-0 victory for City. The travelling fans(which won't be me unfortunately-I'll be at M'Boro v Arsenal instead) will be rather disappointed at the defensive-mindidness of City once they have scored the goal. However-great tactics by Billy if he does play defensive IMO, he should do what needs to be done to be successful-not necessarily what the fans want to see.

Don't even think about arguing Rob. I don't care about your views on football tactics.

LAZY! Wink

What you want to watch that sh*t football first! Wink

To be honest it would be bollocks tactic playing defensivly, we have always looked in danger of shipping in goals when playing like that, especially at Grays but the end v Woking and Cambridge too!

We have a decent attacking team and should maximise it to the full against what should be weaker opposition and not just sit back. We don't have the quality to do that. We have suceeded this season by taknig the attack to the opposition something which we havent done for a while.

There was a Forest Green fan in the paper today who changed his name to "Forest Green". He also has his own personalised Forest Green numberplate. What a guy.

Rolling Eyes Question

I missed out and apostrophe between 'Scarbrough' and 'and'. Even if I had meant what I wrote you'd know what I meant. Just nitpicking, when it doesn't even matter, to bolster your post count.

Yeah, people missing them out or, even worse, misusing them really gets my goat so I cannot think of the name of any other example of punctuation.

The game has passed and we won. So to avoid anymore punctuation related stress this thread is locked.
