- Select the picture you want, make sure it is uploaded to the internet
- Right click on the picture, then goto "Properties"
- Highlight and copy the text where it says "Address (URL)"
- Paste the URL of the image into the message box
- Highlight the URL text again and Click on the "Img" tag above the message box
- Then post it

That wont work as that's a file on your hard drive.

Your username on your computer is "Scott", and you use Windows 2000 or XP. That file exists on your hard drive, in your "My Pictures" folder. It's not on the web.

Tom the "[img]" bit wants to be right at the front if you wanted that to work.
