York have almost certainly been relegated to the Conference now for next season.
After the Minstermen's 3-1 defeat to Doncaster and with Rochdale and Scunthorpe also winning, it leaves City 6 points from safety with a massive 16 goals needed to make up goal difference.
A win for Carlisle against Mansfield also put York bottom of the table for the first time this season.
