York City's survival hopes have been hit by an injury to top scoring striker Lee Nogan, which will keep the player coach out for the rest of the season.
Nogan fractured a cheekbone in Tuesdays defeat to Yeovil Town.
The 34-year-old was due to undergo surgery on the damage on Thursday.
Nogan is City's leading scorer with nine goals, and York need a minimum of four points from their last three games to have any chance of staying up.
