On sunday Brass and Nogan were actually trying to get the team going. Unfortunately to no avail. Kids would send us into the sunday leagues. I think even the team is better than kids, apart from Offiong.

Nogan did all he could full of running and he held the ball up well, a good performance from him.

I think what City lack is the ability to turn defence into attack quick enough, everytime we break up an opposition move we hold on to it far to long we should get it out of the defence straight into midfield and pick up the runs that the front two should be making.

The final ball is a problem too the deliverly of crosses is poor as is the movement in and around the box. We never have anyone attacking the front post and the second ball is never won - the move breaks down and gives the opposition a chance to counter.

It is such a shame when Nogan, who for me is a weak player, is the only one of our strikers who seems to put any effort in at all.

To be honest, at the moment the attitude of some of the players is absolutely awful - as I've said before, if they were a team of donkeys and were putting in 100% effort but still getting beaten, it wouldn't be as much of a problem for me. But, as we know from the start of the season, the team can do a lot better.
