Is it just me, or does anybody think that maybe Lee Nogan should become the York manager?

Since Brass became boss his performances appear to be suffering and only at times are we seeing the Brass of last year.

Maybe there isn't too much diffrence in what their current roles are, but i think that Chris is too young and inexperienced for the job at the moment, whereas Lee is older, has plenty more experience and has coaching qualifications.

I think both players should be in the stands taking notes.

George or Browne for Nogan

And parkin for Brass.

The prsure is obviously getting to Brass and he doesn't seem to be coping. Nogan will play the same either way, and he won't be a big loss.

Nogan should take some of the pressure i agree and one of them needs to be on the sidelines at all times as the subs are appauling. Need somebody too make the decisions.

Brassy's best performances have been when Nogan's not on the pitch - and the fact that we're not scoring goals means that it's time for Parkin to play upfront with Shaw and Brassy can concentrate on his game if Nogan's sorting out the managerial side of things.

I agree 160%.

If Brassy won't drop Nogan - then has Brassy the balls to manage York?

Nogan's not cut the mustard in the last 7 games - so tell him "your not up to it - prove me wrong in the reserves" and then see what he can do. Right now, Nogan isn't one of our best 3 (let alone 2) strikers, so DROP HIM!

i think both nogan an brass shud b dropped, nogan is far past his prime and brass needs to concentrate on the tactics cos stancliffe isnt doing a good job, wen ur 2 - 0 down u dnt bring a striker on for a striker, and u definately dont leave nogan on the pitch

In that case in my opinion Brassy perhaps would have to have a long think about whether he should be a football manager. Managers have to make tough decisions and let's face it Nogan isn't anywhere near being one of our best 2 strikers so shouldn't be in the team.

I will be a good boy and know my place on the Young Yorkies forum in future, and not question the methods of the deserving powers that be.
