The forum should be functioning properly now, it was upgraded recently but it didn't work 100% and it's now been fixed.
Those who registered in the last few days will receive emails shortly detailing how they can activate their accounts. If you have further problems please post in the 'Ask the webmasters' section (you don't have to be logged in to post there).
