Laughing Laughing Laughing

FURIOUS Jose Mourinho was arrested last night after he “lost the plot” in a row with police and a health official over his pet Yorkshire terrier.

The usually-suave Chelsea boss SPRINTED from his club’s player of the year awards when wife Tami phoned to tell him the dog was being taken away.

He BRUSHED ASIDE autograph hunters to rush home. There he found an official — escorted by two cops — wanting to put it in quarantine, fearing it had been taken abroad and back without jabs.

Portuguese coach Mourinho, 44, is said to have seen red, and BUNDLED the dog outside his house in London’s posh Belgravia.

Last night it was on the loose.

Mourinho — preparing for Saturday’s FA Cup Final against Manchester United — was arrested and taken to Belgravia police station, where he was finger-printed.

An onlooker at the Chelsea bash in a marquee in Battersea Park said Mourinho leapt from his table just before 8.30pm.

He added: “Jose had obviously got bad news. He bolted for the exit, sprinting to a line of taxis.”

He arrived at the two-storey terraced mews house — which he is believed to rent for £19,000 a month — at 9pm. Tami was at home with the couple’s daughter Matilde, ten, and son Jose Junior, six.

One source said: “It was a tearful situation and tempers were frayed. Mourinho refused to allow his dog to be taken.

“It caused a lot of upset and Mourinho lost the plot. He was arrested at around 10pm for obstructing police in their duty.

“Efforts are now being made to try to trace the whereabouts of the dog.”

A Met Police spokesman confirmed: “Negotiations took place with the owner and subsequently a man in his 40s was arrested.”

Police did well there then !!! they get at least 1 extra crime commited AND cleared up to boost the figures. Could not a phone caall to ask for documentation next day be made ?? And a savage, rabid Yorkshire Terrier on the loose too...that will give the sniper team a bit of practice !

Nasty, whining, snappy little thing. Don't even get me started on Yorkshire Terriers.

Sounds like you are describing a few City fans there.

Oh, sorry... I was talking about Mourinho. Wink

As it happens the only problem I have with Yorkshire Terrier is that they don't sell it anywhere in Goole, so I have to make frequent trips to York to get my quota.
