Has anyone else signed up with Orange Broadband ? £19.99 a month but the main reason was Unlimited International Calls. I did get a connection at first but now can't get one.
I spent two hours on the phone doing the usual checks at great expense at the end of the call the guy said that it could be that I have Internet Explorer version 7 on my PC and advised us to go to version 6 because certain programmes have compatability problems with version 7.
Would that seem logical and has anyone else had similar problems with version 7 and their broadband compatability ? |

It shouldn't make any difference with the IE 6 or 7 running in comparison with your broadband, give version 6 a go but i don't believe it will make a difference, is the adsl light on your broadband modem flashing or full green?

Oh, and then sign up with someone better than Orange, they're crap at everything they provide.

I reinstalled version 6 and it now works a treat. Orange Broadband will save me a fortune. Apparently many conmpanies are not installing version 7 because there are compatability issues with certain software.
