 |
|
I don't honestly know how these work, as i've never been to one, but most pubs seem to run them now and again. I like to have the odd flutter, and by the sounds of it a few other City fans do, so what about the possibilty of holding a race night at the Social Club in the near future?
It would boost bar takings, and I presume they'd also get a cut of any money made by the bookie? Can anyone enlighten me as to how a race night works?
What are peoples thoughts on this? |

I've been to a few, and it's an excellent idea.
Thre are professional companies that run them I think, although there are also independants who do them aswell for a small cost.
They're always fun, and would certainly generate a bit of extra cash.

I've thought there would have been one planned for this season? The last one went very well and was an enjoyable night, I remember it well, we had Barnet away the next day and I was supposed to be on the 06:30 train which I missed

How could you have missed it if you were on it?

Drink as much orange juice as you desire and enjoy the ambience.
