hey lads,

I hope you travel in great numbers to germany in june 2006. I don't
know if york city is a club with a big england following but if there's
really anybody who will be in frankfurz for the first leg with paraquay,
I stand a round of binding-beer Wink . I think the english fans could
be the only supporters who bring at least a little bit noise into these
new big grounds(in germany they call these "football-buildings" arena).

if anybody wants to stay some days in the area of frankfurz, I can give you some good advices which grounds you should visit. I hope england
will have a good tournament and after our game last wednesday and
this manager from california I'm sure we don't have the pleasure to
meet england in the round of the last 16(don't know the word for this
final)

"Last 16", genau.

One mistake Germans often make is calling Semi finals "half finals"

Having chosen German as one of my four subjects for A-level, probably my strongest one, it's a bummer that the world cup there occurs during my f***ing exam period. Still, unless Sam Allardyce or whoever takes over from Sven f***s up, there's always Austria/Switzerland 2008.

If you're in Frankfurt, just aim for Kaiserstraße. Good bars, cheap hotels, a gun shop and a wig shop. What more do you want?

Did get ours for about £40 for a twin room per night, 3-star.

I'm staying in some little town about 10 miles out of Frankfurt, should be in city centre for a few steins before the game though.

Wink

Wo hast du Deutsch gelernt?
