Only 32 days until the big match....England v Austria.
I think England may sneak the victory seeing that Austria's hopes of qualifying for the World Cup are dead.
But...on the other hand, I think England are playing Poland the Wednesday before that.... or I could be wrong, it might be the Wednesday after that. So the outcome, or mindset on the Poland game may distract England, and Austria could snaek a 1-0 victory, although that is not likely seeing that Austria's defence has been poor in the last few games.
I think if England don't win though...they could be forced into the play-offs, which won't be good...as there are going ot be the likes of Spain, France, Turkey and Sweden in there. |

England 3-0 Austria
(My prediction, Austria wil lcrumble when they are expected to do something and i can't see the freak goal coming to save them again.

They aren't expected to do something.
Austria is such a sh*t country, and has such a sh*t football team, against the best country in the world, with the best citizens and the best football team, how can Austria be expected to do anything?
As usual, you will get the likes of John Motson commentating, making out that they know loads about foootball, when really they've spent the whole afternoon researching the Austrian team and practicing pronouncing Andreas Ivanschitz. |

Think it will be a draw to be honest although don't care really, lost a lot of passion I had for England after James' comment about not being prepared. Your playing for England for god's sake |

Josh Peacock with a dejected look on his face, as he thinks about his debt to Tommi as Vastic makes it England 0-3 Austria after 60 minutes.

Peacock is later spotted acting suspiciously near his hideout in Pitesti, Romania. His discarded betting slip was later found close to the area. |

Think England could just scrape a win, maybe only 1-0. Due to England's defence I don't see the Austrians Forwards causing too many problem though.
Sorry Tom, but Football is a funny game sometimes! |

Will have first hand view of the action as I was straight on the phone at 10:31 on 25th Aug. England could struggle I think and if Saturday's performance is anything to go by then we are in for 2 nights of misery. |
