Young Yorkies

This forum was set up shortly after the creation of the 'new-look' Red & Blue site and forum. YY's is a place where young York fans can talk about things relevant to them in comfort of their own forum and away from the main boards.

Access

To be able to post in YY's you must first join the usergroup that is attached to Young Yorkies. To do this click " Usergroups" at the top of the page, select the YYs group (on the click down menu), and apply to "Join Group".

Rules & Moderating

Rules:

YY members must post within the main board rules set out when users first register on the Red & Blue forum – Registration Agreement Terms.

Because of the nature of Young Yorkies, additional rules have been agreed by Admin and the YY Mod team which aims to improve the overall enjoyment of YY’s and all who read:

1) If somebody posts and irrelevant post to somebody else’s comments, IGNORE IT, post a comment on previous happenings in the thread or adding your own opinion on the discussion.

2) All topics which go past point 1 (above) will be immediately locked to avoid further confrontation.

3) Any thread involving a trade of insults will beMOVED instantly so it is never seen on the YY forum.

4) Like point 1 - DON'T allow yourself to be dragged into meaningless arguments, if somebody does insult you on the forum, don't quote it, sort it out over Private Messages or contact one of the mod team and with a bit of luck the problem will be sorted out without it evolving into a public slanging match.

5) Obviously some topics will change in nature or subject as the go down, if this occurs the topic will be split by the mods.

6) Please try and keep it sensible anyway and not let it get dragged into this, by following these it should mean that the forum will have much less arguing in and vastly improve.

7) Please run through your posts with a spell check and be aware of your punctuation and grammar, people will be able to grasp what you are saying and therefore avoiding other posters complaining.
