Fifty years ago York City achieved the improbable by reaching the FA Cup Semi Final only to be beaten in a replay by the eventual winners, Newcastle United.

In recognition of this outstanding achievement we are staging...

A Tribute to the Happy Wanderers - a dinner with speakers and film archive.

Players from the 1954/55 season and their families will be in attendance.

Key note speaker to be announced in due course. Presenter: Jon Champion. Master of ceremonies: David Kendall.

Voltiguer Suite, York Racecourse - Wednesday 30 March 2005 (7pm for 7:30pm)

Tickets cost £38.00 each - individual tickets or tables for 10 or 12 people are available.
