Here's me trying to put forward a helpful idea and only those with special access are allowed to post! Shocked

Ivan Dobsky started a poll asking if it would be good idea if a spell check could be added, and all I wanted to suggest that it would have been a better idea if a brain cell check could be added.

Now they'll never know! Crying or Very sad

Let's hope this is the beginning of a "Two-Way Ban".

If it is then Laurence I salute you!

You'll have to make do with semi-satisfied for the time being Phil Wink

Dynamo Kebab there is an announcement at the top of Young Yorkies stating that anyone wishing to post need to sign up to the YY usergroup.

(Main moderators can also post in Young Yorkies though).

Laurence I'm a little bit confused.

Now people like me have to join a usergroup to post on Young Yorkies (something which of course I am not going to do, and so the problem of people like me and DK posting there is solved).

Is there any other such idea in place to stop YYs posting in City Chat?

Will there be a "City Chat" usergroup in the future?

Thanks.

The problem is that there are around 3,500 user accounts and hundreds of people post to City Chat, so the amount of work involved in managing it would be huge. It's not feasible.

Fair enough, it would be a massive undertaking.

Is there any way of preventing members of the YY usergroup from using City Chat?

If not, what instructions are the Moderators under about deleting stuff and tightening up the standards on the main board?

On the contrary.

If YYs now have their own private forum yet are still allowed to go to the toilet over every other part of the forum as well, then I would say that the war has just begun.

Yes, I can instruct certain members to only post on YY.

This has been done with 2 members so far.
