I think the arrogance with which you address people like me is the problem.
If you expect to work with adults in any field of your life, not just York City business, you will get nowhere with the attitude you currently display. Or they simply won't work with you, as is likely in this case.

That is a very hypocritical post Phil. So far you have been very rude and have openly threatened me, so yes I do think that you are the problem.
However I will do the grown up thing and drop this whole argument because it is not doing any good for anyone.

I must say that I am unable to continue as JMM communications officer mostly due to future education plans which have more implications on the amount of time I would have available than I thought when I first got involved with the JMM. Apologies for not letting the JMM know sooner, I hope I haven't let the JMM down.
I have no doubt that even without me JMM will be very successful in raising money for the club. |

I just wanna go back to the argument which KM and UKphil had. It's true, UKphil believes that because he is older than us, he is allowed to be rude to us, yet if we say something back which he does not like then he will go crazy. I'm not having a go at you UKphil i just think you need to stop thinking you own this joint, cus you don't.

Without raking over old coals, as this matter has been resolved it seems, it's not a question of me "owning this joint" - I just won't be spoken to in a disrespectful way by teenagers whether face to face or on this website. You'll find that most adults will share the same attitude - whoever this Tom Owen guy is, who has called me a "tw*t" and thinks he can get away with it because he thinks he can hide behind his computer, can think again.

Firstly can I just thank Dave on behalf of all the JMM members and the committee for his efforts in getting the JMM founded, for his help in organising events and for his volunteer work, your contribution to the JMM has been much appreciated.
The Communications Officer’s post has been vacant for a while now as we have been looking for a worthy successor to PMG, it been hard but I think we have found our man.
Could you all welcome Woody Wilson on to the JMM committee team.
