Anyone on here done the Yorkshire 3 Peaks challenge? (25 miles up and down Pen-Y-Ghent, Whernside and Inglebrough in 12 hrs) I'm doing it in September, anyone got any horror stories / advice they'd like to share?

Oh dear, what has become of you recently ?
Must be a lack of football, and general tomfoolery. All this hill climbing and hiking about stuff will do you no good what so ever.
However "Sherpa Chupa", I wish you well in your quest for torn ligaments, strained calf muscles and a heavy bought of influenza.
I myself will be spending September watching City, a dirty weekend in York with the lovely Mrs Carp, supposedly horse racing [ Go on Carpy, ride her, ride her]. And of course some weekends laying around at the lake drinking lager and catching large Carp.
If you come to your senses in time, why not join me [ but not the dirty weekend though]........
