OK, I'm plugging these events everywhere. So, despite the inevitable abuse, I'm posting here (Cos some people have kids and actually may be interested).

Friday 30th July at 1.30, Dinosaurs: Then and Now. Talk and Q&A seesion at Bolton Museum

Saturday 31st July, All Day. Manchester University Museum will be having a "Dino Day". The highlight of this will be "Tracking Middle Jurassic Dinosaurs" at 11.30, mainly as it will be very Yorkshire-centric! However, the rest of the day will be good too.

Both events are free, so if you happen to be in Manchester or are interested, head on over.

Thanks for the plug. But as I don't have kids, I'm obviously not interested in dinosaurs.

Is Bolton that little place between Bury and Leigh? Wink

Unfortunately, not being a Dinosaur, there won't.

Moschops was a Synapsid (a Therapsid to be specific). An ancestor of modern mammals.

Sorry.

So did it LOOK like THE Moschops {not Geoff obviously but his avatar Wink } even if it wasn't officially a dinosaur ?

Erm...

No, not really.

It looked like a cross between a lizard and a pit bull terrier.
