A Red and Blue Net football team representing City fans from this forum is being organised.

The plan is to start off by playing friendlies and then to join a local league next season (in a years' time). The team will have its own website.

The team would enter a Mens' league, and already has some players signed up ( including kingmouse and Woody Wilson, who are taking a lead by organising it, and various others!) however some older players are needed to give the team some experience and strength.

If you are interested please reply here.

FC Nomads Youth would be interested if you'd like a warm-up friendly match.

my sunday morning team has set up a reserve side, and from playing at oaklands and with these lads it might not be such a mis match. they're looking for friendlies on a thursday evening if you can arrange a team for one in the next few weeks, we could go for it.

There is a difference between just shouting at people and controlling a back line. However if you gain the respect of the players and prove that you can read the game then you vocal input would be valuable. We will wait and see.
