Too old to be on here - but then again many YYs post on the main forum - if they stayed off there us very old posters would stay off here. Laughing

My adding congratulations to a group of people who have worked very hard today for OUR football team does not seem very controversial and no age barrier should exist when saying well done.

There's no lower age limit to the other forums, there is an upper age limit to this one though isn't there.

Also like to add congratulations to the rest of the Open Day people. A good day with a reasonable number of people turning out. The less said about my attempts at the free kick competition the better though! Embarassed

And mine. I didn't get a single shot on target!

Oh God, I'm in for a rib-taking.

Is there?

That's strange because it's always possible to get into this forum and my posts never seem to get rejected. Looks like a public access forum to me!

(Actually Woody, shall we formalise an age limit on both YY and City Chat? Then it would mean that I can't come in here, and YYs can't come on City Chat! We would have no contact with YY whatsoever! Great!)

What about those of us who like to visit both City Chat and Young Yorkies and have been shown to not be completely retarded when it comes to posting sensbly?

Unfortunately there are only 2-3 of you and, quite frankly, you are embarrassing yourselves by participating on this YY forum. So it would only put you where you belong, in CC, anyway!

That wasn't the point I was getting at, it's more the point that Dave seems to have to say that everytime he posts on here that he is over the age limit. It's nothing to do with you not posting on here, infact it's quite the opposite, i'd hope that more older people do as it does provide some sensible posts to reply too.

But then surely the name Young Yorkies becomes in-appropriate?

Well what can you do?, it's eithe rthe current s***e that everyone complains about or more older postings. Eitherway, people don't have to apologise about it as Dave was, silly lad. It's not a big issue and becomes tedious when he does it every post on here.

Easiest thing is is to stop people like TF from posting the amount of s***e he does, i mean over 2000 posts in 3 months is stupid, never mind the amount he would have if the Big One was still circulating.
