Well since I know a bit about cycling, I think Jan Ulrich at 3/1 is a reasonable e/w bet. He finished second last year and as Lance Armstrong doesn't seem to in quite the form which was expected of him it might be worth a shot.
Tyler Hamilton at 7/2 is a bit of a long shot as I don't think he has a geat chance of winning.
Watch out for the Alp D Huez individual time trial stage as Lance is sure to dominate that stage no matter what form he is in now.
Don't bother betting on an individual stage as they are rather tactical with teams not always giving everything in the early stages.

Easy to be clever in retrospect... You missed the fact that
