It was a decent game today, however we could do with a slightly higher turnout next time.
I have decided to repeat the offer of a free game for Junior Minstermen next Tuesday.
If you join the Junior Minstermen you can play for FREE on Tuesday 27 July. Memberships will be accepted in advance or on the day. If you don't have a form, then download one from the JMM site and fill it in. If you have no way to print it, arrive early (7pm) and you can fill in a form there and then (I am bringing a pen and membership forms).
Otherwise, the normal price applies (£2, with a 50p discount on production of a valid 04/05 season Trust membership card)
Profits will go to the Club/Trust (Over £200 raised from Friday/Sunday football so far!!!)

Agreed, it was a good match tonight, although only 5 a side.
Plus I scored a lob from 50 yards as well.

No need to come all the way over from Leeds just for a quick 6-a-side game
Besides, we get too many turning up to do that, we'd have to have a lot of subs, and the standard isn't really high enough anyway. But thanks anyway.

Might go for a game tonight, hopefully with the JMM offer there will be perhaps enough for 6 or 7 a side. |

I will be repeating this offer again at our next Tuesday session - which is on 10 August (NOT 3 August due to City vs Leeds).
Anyone who joins the JMM can get their 1st game FREE on Tuesday 10th August. |

Not that many tonight but it was still a good game as it wasn't too overcrowded. A few more hopefully next week would be great. You certainly get a lot more time and space on the ball than on a Sunday certainly. |

The discounts on Tuesday for Junior Minstermen members has been extended past the end of the summer holiday's throughout August-September due to fixtures being called off because of overlapping City games..
