You might know Alemannia Aachen, a Town close to the dutch border, nearly got promoted to Bundesliga (= Premier League) and went to DFB-Finals (=FA-Cup)...yes the Team that kicked Bayern Munich out of the DFB-Cup.....
they signed this scottish striker called Chris Iwulemo, and i read he used to play for york city. Do you remember him, and is he any good?
If you are somwhow interested in Aachen Football Club just check out the UEFA-Cup. Since they lost the DFB-Final to the current german champion, they qualified for the UEFA.

He's an ok player as long as he isn't in a City shirt - it had a magic affect on him that suddenly made him sh*t.

For us I didn't think he was that bad, nothing special though and I wasn't disappointed that he left, but having Sertori as a strike partner on more than one occasion certainly wasn't helpful. Scored a good goal at Macclesfield but his form dipped as did the team's, so he isn't that well regarded by most City fans. However since returning to Stoke he has done reasonably well and even was their top scorer.
He's not the worst striker ever, but if he thinks he's got any chance of international football that says an awful lot about the state of Scottish football these days rather than his ability.

Isn't he the one who played for Brighton last season and won penalty in final of play-offs?

you seem to mistake our site for an aachen site. On our site we support our town team that plays in the second smallest league possible in germany.....
Aachen is close to holland ( ! ) they play Divison 1 and can be found here :

German supporters are pretty colourful. They're one of the few sets of fans who could really lift a team without even making any noises.
