Don't you worry yourself about me, young Philip.

I shall be sat in my living room, drinking San Miguel, and cheering Spain on to a victory over the drug cheats.

I'll be mostly using Betfair during the tournament. Wins for Portugal and Spain today.

The Chops3000 Predicta-matic is currently on a placement in SE Asia, working for a betting syndicate. Wink

Russia played well and were unlucky to lose.

Having seen the two joke teams in the other game, Spain and Russia to go through methinks!

Typical reply by two people who support losers, we were winners all the way, but didnt win! Shocked

But then again Wales and Scotland have no chance of getting to the next stage and we have.

Moschops and Macphail = a couple of Tossers Very Happy

Mossie and Macphail - honestly who do you both think were the better side tonight England or France?
(Answer honestly)

Honestly, I thought England went for a draw, and after going a goal up, thought they had a chance of winning and tried to defend it.

Problem being, with an inexperienced centre-back, a clown in goal, combined with taking off Rooney (the best player in a white shirt at that point), and bringing on lightweight Hargreaves for Scholes, there was no way England were going to hang on to a 1-0 lead against the best side in the world.

A draw would have been a fair result, but I'm glad I risked £2 on France with 10 minutes to go on Betfair, at 40/1. Razz
