Hey.
Sorry i know its a bit late, but we've been busy with our team falling to bits and being sold off. But finally things are looking up.
I was quite shocked to see you relegated to the Conferance. But all is not lost. We were there for a few years and it was one of the best leagues we have played in, if not the best.
The away fans are usually friendly, the grounds not exactly Palaces but full of character and easy enough to fill up.
The rules are more lax, you get to meet away fans. And!! You will be one of the big fish.
IT is a bit different to when we were there because it was a good place for us to be, as we had spent 70 years in southern alliance leagues, whereas you have been used to league football.
If you need any help on how to think during you time in the conference (what i believe will be a short lived time)(just look at chester) then come and visit us on www.rdfcnet-forum.co.uk
We'll all be willing to help.
What are you views on going down to non-league?

Which is ultimately the point, don't you think?
As you can imagine, we are all well chuffed to have been relegated to the Conference in last place.

Well. I think that in any situation good can come of it.
IF you use the need and desire you all share to be in the league again then that will help you get there?

If it was about desire on the part of the fans then we'd be top of the Premiership. After all, we've saved the club from the wolf's door.

Untrue in my opinion. We spent cash and its left us up sh*t creek. You dont need cash. Just need to pull together.

Yes it's sad to see big spending Rushden have a few problems now that their sugar daddy has f**ked off. It's not really a proper football club though is it?
