After an incredibly long (8 years?) lifespan, Damon the fish has finally copped it.

Leave your messages of condolence below.

R.I.P Damon

Did it die of disease or old age?

Looks like my 5 year old fish is about to cop it.

Old age, I assume. The other one's alright.

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Cornstarch
1 cup Water
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Oil

Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together and blend until there are no lumps. Preheat the oil in your deep fat fryer to the proper temperature for the food you are cooking. Dry the fish with a paper towel and dip into the batter. Place in the hot oil one piece at a time. Try to keep the pieces from colliding until the batter has had a chance to set (which it does almost instantly). Cook until the batter has turned a golden brown, remove to a paper towel to drain and serve at once. Serving size: enough for about 2 pounds of fish.

I was watching Cribs t'other day, and someone had a pet shark and they showed it eating a goldfish that looked exactly like my favourite fish, Owen. Traumatised I was, traumatised.

I share your pain.

Mind you, Starbeck died when I knocked it a bit hard with the net but life went on. Well, his didn't...

I had two fish back in the day, but on the way back from the pet shop I dropped the bag they were in, and sadly Edward had one eye only when I got home. They both died soon afterwards.

Why didn't you revive him Jimbo?

I thought you were a doctor?

The fish meant everything to Doctor Jim, show some compassion and dignity True Faith. Grieve for Damon.

How could it possibly be alive if you killed it?

Flushing it down the toilet won't make any difference.

Anyway losing a fish is no way as bad as losing a relation, so be grateful it was just your fish Mad

I though of putting that but then it was a bit below the belt.
