I'm not splitting my sides laughing. I think its always a shame when struggling little teams (bit like us in a way) get screwed by bigger teams. Anybody remember when Bristol Rovers pinched John Ward off us, and how we felt? If he'd gone to Man U or Arsenal, I would have thought "Well good luck to him" but Bristol Rovers for Gods sake. Its a bit like your wife running off with an orang-utang. I stand in the Shippo but I don't join in that silly "We Hate Scarborough" song which must be the ultimate in cringeworthiness.

also mr pickering, how can you laugh at our manager in talks with grimsby when your manager is in burnley?

Honestly I would not be overly upset if Brassy were to go to the clarets.
IMHO we need a manager with experience to get us back up.

As for my son in law, he is too stupid to respond to a kick up the arse, the only time I have been soft with was buying him a ticket for the chelsea cup game on the proviso he took my grandson along too and not one of his equally work shy malton bacon factory reject mates.

So mr Slade hs gone, I think we'll do much better without him next season, he always did ok for half a season and then lost it completely.
Anyway i can see a big name coming to boro in the near future and he's got a mullitt.
