Should finally kill off any ridiculous ideas Blair has for further European "integration" but it's a scary prospect all the same ! Shocked

And it wasn't that long ago WE were playing AND BEATING them in Division 2 - It just SEEMS like it ! Sad

The worst cup final imaginable. Man U - a Lancashite team V Millwall a team suppoted by hooligans. I think I will take Mrs AD shopping on cup final day, or cut the grass, or wash the car, or go for beer with Tim Willis...

I was at the Semi yesterday and didn't see a bit of bother all day, maybe I was in the wrong places but the 'Wall fans I met all seemed like your average fan.

I went to the 1-1 draw at the Den the first time we played them after they were relegated from Div1 (swines scored in the last minute) and I didn't think much of them. That said, the coppers didn't let us even go to the club shop 50 yards from the away turnstile, so it's hard to judge.

John Catton told me a story about a game in the 70's when "The Treatment" were in their pomp and he said it was by far the scariest 90 minutes he's ever spent following City !

They HAVE improved but it's all relative ......

I was at the match also but right next to the Millwall fans.

They must be pretty stupid, as they started chanting, '' Dirty Northern B*****ds'' at us despite their history and reputation. Embarassed
