...just watched both parts of this BBC1 drama and, while the quality of acting was extremely good, yet again the sickening sight of BBC political correctness was there for all to see.
At the beginning it appeared, quite surprisingly, that the drama would be about the marginalisation of white people in areas populated by ethnic minorities. "Finally a fair representation to redress the balance" I mistakenly thought.
But, surprise surprise, the main character turns out to be a psycho, starts beating and killing people, and ends up being murdered by accident by a fellow BNP member and a poor Bangladeshi teenager gets the blame.
I mean FOR GODS SAKE!
Every morning I turn on Radio 5Live where there is some debate about asylum, Islam, terrorism, racism etc etc and then the f**king BBC start reinforcing stereotypes about the white English in this country like we are all racist scum who, if pushed, are all mentalists.
When serious issues are raised in this way that are important to certain sections of the community in our inner cities, what does the BBC do? P*ss on them from a great height.
Another knife in the back for democracy.
