it can't do any harm for clubs to do checks, presuming of course they aren't already, but sadly it seems a lot of the time these things can't be picked up anyway, and are just 'one of those things'.

Unfortunately, we've had to cancel the coach.

With fewer than 20 bookings, we'd have lost around £200, so it's just not feasible.
