By Rail:
Regular direct GNER services to London Kings Cross, roughly every half hour. Journey time approx 2 hours.
Note that the information provided in the programme is incorrect, there is no 18:35 service from King's Cross. You should, however be able to get the 18:00 instead (arrives York 20:05).

London Kings Cross to Leyton by tube
Take any of the Circle/Metropolitan/Hammersmith & City line trains to Liverpool Street, then Central line to Leyton. Journey time approx 30 minutes.
Directions from the station to the ground
Leyton tube station to the ground is a 10 minute walk. Turn right down Leyton High Road. Cross over the road to the other side and continue down it. You will see the Coronation Gardens on your left and the floodlights of the ground behind them. Take the next left past the gardens into Buckingham Road for the ground.
